Neville is best known as the managing director of the authoritative award-winning guide Winer behind the label. the dinner centres on Sancerre, white, rosé and ever-better reds, so right for a warm summer night, served with elegant inventive dishes of Sonia Blech, Neville's wife and renowned chef.
