This is to introduce my new Champagne blog. I've spent much of my professional life tasting and writing about the wines and restaurants of the Marne & Aube. Regularly researched sur place, updated every fortnight, the maisons and vignerons of Champagne - those worth writing about - are coolly assessed without fear and favour, but usually with affection and sympathy.
